Race Day Essentials – Must Knows For Runners

Race Day Pick Up

All participants race packs must be collected between 12pm and 4.30pm on Saturday 1st June at the Marina Village car park on Mulherin Drive.

Please bring your confirmation email either the printed version or on your phone. 

If you can’t make it, someone else can collect your pack on your behalf. The person collecting your pack will need your registration confirmation to claim your pack. 

Corporate teams only need one person to pick up team packs.

Only registrations for the 21.1km, 10km, 5km and 3km will receive a singlet/t-shirt if registered by 22nd April 2024.

You may still get a singlet/shirt if there are extras – visit the information desk before leaving.

If Race Pack and shirts/singlets aren’t collected by 4.30pm on Saturday 1st June at the Marina Village car park on Mulherin Drive they will not be available unless arranged prior with the committee.

Premium Last Minute registrations available online until 3.00pm Saturday 1st June 2024. E-ticket holders need to collect race packs by 4.30pm on Saturday 1st June.

Arrival Times

Avoid stress and panic by being prepared and getting to your event on time.

Half Marathon – arrive at 5.30am
10km Run – arrive at 5.50am
5km Fun Run – arrive at 7.30am
3km Junior Dash – arrive at 7.30am
Corporate Challenge – arrive at 8.00am

Race Start Times

Half Marathon – start time 6.30am
10km Run – start time 6.50am

3km Junior Dash – start time 8.30am
5km Fun Run – start time at 8.45am
Corporate Challenge – start at 9.30am

Toilets and Parking

Toilets are marked on the venue map below.  Parking will be available on the day. We have opened the area beside Mulherin Park which has over 700 parks available. Please follow the directions of our parking marshals. For the safety of all participants, note the designated parking areas and please obey all traffic rules. We recommend car pooling to ease traffic congestion.
