Prepare your mind and body for the 2024 BMA Marina Run with our FREE pre-race yoga session on Saturday 1st June at Dunes Harbour Beach!

This special event will help you prepare for the upcoming race with renewed focus, clarity, and energy.

A movement and breathwork session led by Shelley Stringer, this is the perfect opportunity to get into a zen state ready for the annual event the following day.

Let’s flow, let go, and prepare together!

Start Date: Saturday, 1st June
Time: 7.00am – 8.00am 
Location: Dunes Harbour Beach, Sol Drive, next to the community square.

Bring:  A cap/hat, sun protection, water, and your own mat/towel.
